Monitor Your Thoughts

It’s so important to monitor your thoughts very carefully. When your predominant thought patterns are critical (either of yourself or someone else), fear based (like worry/stress), anger based, jealousy, pride, envy etc… You will create blockages in your chakras that correspond with the particular chakra that deals with your particular thought. Unremoved blockages will manifest as body aches & pains, & sickness, & eventually a disease. So pay attention to your thought patterns… When a thought comes up that you know is not good for you, simply observe the thought & tell it you love it. Trying to “get rid” of the thought will only make it come up more.. Always stay in the “what is”.. All it takes is an observing of a thought & loving it, & creating a new thought pattern in order to reprogram your thought patterns. Have an awesome day
